With the addition of the SPR contract, SOC now leads security for five U.S. Department of Energy sites, providing protection of personnel and facilities. SOC’s teams of highly trained and qualified security personnel safeguard client personnel, equipment, facilities, and assets around the clock.

The Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) encompasses crude oil storage sites located across Louisiana and Texas, and the project management office (PMO) headquartered in New Orleans.
