President
Doug Magee is President of Day & Zimmermann Government Services.
Day & Zimmermann's Government Services Group is an integrated provider of mission support solutions to the U.S. Government and commercial clients. Whether the workforce is designing facilities, or operating and maintaining safe locations and assets, the Group's combined services support the national security mission in the U.S. and abroad.
Doug has a unique background and experience leading large operational business units and business development teams, and his strong network and reputation within the U.S. Government contractor community. He brings extensive experience both CONUS and OCONUS with a wide variety of Government agencies across a wide range of services: Security, Training, Logistics, Facilities, Staffing, and Construction.
Doug is a veteran of the US Army (1994-1998) and began his professional career in operations with Kellogg, Brown and Root (KBR) in their Government Services Division following his service. He has held several business development and operations roles with companies such as DynCorp International, Kaseman, Michael Baker International, and Comprehensive Health Services. During this time he managed business development activities and multi-functional logistics and contingency projects in worldwide locations, and grew these companies through organic and acquisitive expansion.
Before joining the team, he served as an operating company president at Akima. During his time there, he oversaw and grew operations delivering services in facilities maintenance, base operating support and multi-functional logistics, including transportation, equipment maintenance and supply services.
Doug has experience supporting a wide variety of agencies including DOS, DOE, USACE, DTRA, USAF, US Army, NAVFAC, NIH, NASA, DHS (TSA, CBP, ICE), HHS, USDA, and DLA.
Doug has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia.

Meet Dan Cronin
Vice President of Integrated Security Business Development
Dan currently serves as Vice President of Integrated Security Business Development. In this role, he plays a crucial role in propelling SOC's integrated security presence within the Department of State and other esteemed U.S. Government clients. Dan is instrumental in devising and executing strategic plans that aim to unearth untapped business prospects and extend the reach of Government Services. He brings more than 23 years of security and law enforcement expertise as a former Department of State (DoS) Bureau of Diplomatic Security Service (DSS) senior leader.
As the senior security officer for several U.S. Embassies and Consulates abroad, Dan supported missions in Greece, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Pakistan, and Uganda. Dan also served domestically including his most recent assignment as Deputy Assistant Director of High Threat Programs where he oversaw the security operations in the State Department's Highest Threat/Highest Risk locations. With experience in program management, construction design review and implementation, and global operational excellence—Dan is an effective communicator and leader of diverse and multi-disciplined teams.
Dan spent his career protecting personnel, facilities, and information and has actively worked on tactical, operational, and policy associated issues in the pursuit of the overall mission. Dan developed successful training programs designed to prepare people for high threat environments and global risk management. Dan is adaptable as shown through a career learning new countries, diplomatic issues, and navigating international relations. Dan received his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland.

Vice President of Federal Services
Keith Tope is Vice President of Federal Services. In his role, Keith is responsible for our Cleared Services component of the business which delivers various skill sets of specialized IT, Cyber, and Engineering talent requiring varying clearance levels including Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, Counter Intelligence, and Lifestyle Polygraph.
Keith joins the Government Services team with a wealth of experience and knowledge in strategy and operations. In his previous role as Vice President at Yoh, Keith created and drove strategy and operations across multiple Yoh Specialty Practices and strategically scaled U.S. West SPG Operations and Branch geographies.

Meet Elgina Zakirova
Vice President of Human Resources
Elgina Zakirova is Vice President of Human Resources for Government Services.
She has a progressive 15-year career leading exemplary human resource operations. Before joining our team, Elgina served as HR Operations Director at Akima, leading a team of 15 HR Business Partners and Generalists. She oversaw the effective delivery of their HR department's key processes including performance management, onboarding/offboarding, adverse employment actions, grievance management, employee relations, contract phase-ins, and phase-outs.
Prior to joining Akima, Elgina worked at SOC from October 2008 - October 2016. She served as HR Director/Business Partner, and prior to that, HR Manager. In her most recent role with SOC, Elgina supported a $250M portfolio of international government and commercial contracts. She spearheaded the conceptualization and implementation of various compliance, process improvement, and cost-savings measures covering multiple areas of HR function including organizational effectiveness, employee development, on-boarding/off-boarding, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
Elgina holds a Master of Arts in Central and Eastern European Studies from LaSalle University. She earned her PGP in Business Analytics and Data Science from The University of Texas at Austin. She holds a certification in Labor Relations and Contracts Administration from Cornell.

Meet Rob Burnett
Senior Director of Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO)
He served honorably in various positions in the U.S. Air Force for 30 years. He culminated his career as Director of Logistics for Headquarters Air Force Special Operations Command directing a 140-person logistics staff, supporting 19 different versions of aircraft, five major installations, and full range of supply chain management. Rob graduated from The Citadel with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, and Webster University with a Master of Art in Computer Information Resources Management.

Meet Mike Liuzzo
Vice President of Finance
Mike Liuzzo is Day & Zimmermann's Vice President of Finance for Government Services.
In his role, Mike functions as a business partner to Government Services for all financial planning and analysis activities, including reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis for domestic, as well as international offices. He provides leadership and coordination for the implementation and execution of organization-wide projects related to risk mitigation, financial and government contracting compliance, and financial success. Mike is responsible for identifying opportunities to increase profit margin/return on investment, while driving increased efficiencies, reducing costs, and improving service.
As a results-driven leader, Mike brings more than thirty years of experience in finance and business, and approaches business problems with a knowledge of marketing, business development, operations, and product management. Whether tasked to rescue a program startup, ignite revenue growth, launch a new product, save operating costs, or improve processes, he has consistently delivered strong results. Mike most recently was Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for Dataprise. He also served as Senior Director of Finance for DynCorp International.
Mike holds his Master of Business Administration in Finance and Bachelor of Arts in Geology from Virginia Tech.

Meet Sean Quill
Vice President, Digital Transformation & Operational Excellence
Sean brings more than twenty five years of experience in providing technology solutions, developing strategies, driving innovation and building talent. Since joining D&Z Government Services in 2018, Sean has held a series of progressively responsible positions to become the Vice President of Digital Transformation. During the course of his career supporting Government Services, he has been instrumental in delivering innovative solutions leveraging best of breed technologies like: Appian, Salesforce, SAP, UKG, and Power BI. Most recently, Sean assumed an expanded role to lead the Government Services IT team and drive performance innovation and improve operational effectiveness.
Sean has supported programs with the United States Departments of State, Department of Energy, as well as other mission critical federal agencies across varying service offerings both domestically and internationally.
He is a USAF veteran and holds a BA from DePaul University.

General Counsel & Secretary
With leadership and expertise in all areas of the government sector, including cyber security, Jon has extensive government and private sector experience. He most recently was Assistant General Counsel at VMware, Inc., in Reston, Virginia. He also served as Associate General Counsel at Lockheed Martin Corp. and Assistant General Counsel at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
Jon is a Commander in the U.S. Navy Reserves, who previously served in the Judge Advocate General's Corps for the U.S. Navy. Jon received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from John Hopkins University and a Juris Doctorate from Vanderbilt University. He also holds a Masters of Arts Degree from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service in Security Studies.

Vice President of Marketing & Communications
Ms. Holt serves as Vice President of Marketing & Communications (Marcom), and public affairs advisor to Day & Zimmermann Government Services, including Mason & Hanger and SOC, both mission-focused Day & Zimmermann Companies. In her role, she supports a broad range of Architecture & Engineering, Global Security, Cleared Staffing, Mission-Support Training, and Operations & Maintenance solutions for the Department of Energy, Defense, State, The U.S. Government, Intelligence Community and other non-government customers. At Day & Zimmermann, Ms. Holt serves as the important thread communicating the mission and strategic vision across the global offices on critical USG missions and programs, both CONUS and OCONUS. As the public affairs partner to customers in the Departments of Energy, Defense, State, the IC and other Federal Government Agencies, she has been a key media strategist with government partners in the situation room — consistently supporting the U.S. National Security Mission.
Her leadership for the Government Services division includes a strategic focus on the growth of all brands and the company’s digital presence. As an integral leader driving the pride and patriotism for D&Z’s mission-critical work in the U.S. and overseas, Ms. Holt works closely with all teams to demonstrate their delivery of mission-critical support to the U.S. Government around the clock.
As an active member of organizations such as the D&Z Diversity & Inclusion Committee, D&Z’s Women Peace & Security Initiatives, the Intelligence National Security Alliance (INSA), NDIA Women in Defense, and Amazing Women of the Intelligence Community, she remains an integral leader, having also previously led the Day & Zimmermann Women’s Resource Group to spearhead female advocacy campaigns across the company’s enterprise of 42,000 global employees.

Vice President of Domestic Programs and Operations Support
Shawn Roslin is Vice President of Domestic Programs and Operations Support at SOC.
With 30 years of government service, specializing in large programmatic integration related to U.S. National Security Mission, his transformational leadership experience includes a variety of disciplines: protective operations, risk mitigation, threat management, risk analysis, anti-terrorist force protection, and investigations.
Roslin comes to SOC from the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) as a Senior Intelligence Officer, where he most recently led the Agency's worldwide security protective operations group, comprised of more than a thousand Staff and Contract Officers. In this lead role, he was responsible for all operational and programmatic aspects of the Agency's worldwide protective programs focused on armed protection, risk mitigation, and recommendations for Agency personnel and facilities, often in high-risk environments. Managing all level Protective Staff, Worldwide Response Staff, Resource Staff, and the Security Protective Service, he brings expertise to a wide range of protective and security support to the DCIA, DDCIA, DNI, PDDNI, and other Agency and Intelligence Community personnel.
In his career, he served overseas as Chief, Security, a program leader and expert-level Security Officer, in multiple locations and stations including: Near East and South-Central Asia Mission Center 2020 to 2022; Southeast Asia Location (OCONUS) 2016 to 2020; Near East Locations (Warzones) 2011 to 2015; Technology Integration Division at the ODNI 2008-2011, Africa Division and Europe Locations (OCONUS) 2004 to 2008. In these assignments, he was responsible for providing all aspects of operational security to the mission centers, many located in challenging and dynamic environments to include war zones and expeditionary sites rated as CRITICAL or HIGH for acts of terrorism and/or political violence. As Chief Security for the Near East and South-Central Asia Mission Center, he led the strategic planning and implementation of a vision that drove the successful drawdown and evacuation of a War Zone in South Central Asia in 2021. As well as chairing and serving as the Executor on several Senior Leadership boards such as the Technology Research Steering Committee and the High Threat Activity Council, directly impacting Agency policy and operations.
Roslin is a U.S. Military Veteran, having served in the United States Marine Corps (USMC) from 1990 – 1998. Immediately following his service in the Marines, Shawn became a Special Agent with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation's Drug Task Force followed by joining the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) from 2001- 2003.
