Engineering Services
We are a mission-focused organization with decades of experience providing DoD and IC missions solutions.
Our research and development efforts produce force multipliers for Subject Matter Expert (SME) capabilities by packaging and scaling execution of SME-developed cyber analysis and testing tools. Additional capabilities include CNO tool development, mission support tools, cyber security testing, and reverse engineering.
We provide onsite engineering support for key customer missions, including support of cyber and platform test ranges, development labs, and platform integration centers.
Our team is adept at quickly designing, prototyping, and testing integrated hardware and software solutions. We leverage COTS and GOTS components for rapid delivery.
Subject Matter Expertise and Field Services
We serve as an on-the-ground partner, providing subject matter expertise and field services to US government and partner organizations. Field services include cyber technologies (OCO and DCO), forensic tools and site exploitation solutions, force protection solutions, training and planning.
Our field service representatives (FSRs) bring years of experience in C4ISR, (including tracking, tagging and locating solutions), cloud-based solutions, advanced mobile technologies, and secure communications.
Agile Cleared Staffing Capabilities
Rapid staffing expansion capabilities include cleared recruiting (offering a global reach) and a large network of experienced FSRs, analysts, and engineers. We maintain an extensive partner network of large and small businesses to augment staffing and provide best in class solutions.

SOC’s SignalSecure Contraband Disconnect Service (CDS) provides the ability to detect, locate, and disable cellular phones within a facility’s indoor and outdoor environment while being in full compliance with recent FCC rules established in 47 C.F.R. § 20.23.
