SOC's Cleared Staffing Solutions delivers cleared IT talent to support the Next Generation Enterprise Network (NGEN) contract which is primarily responsible for the uninterrupted delivery of IT services to the U.S. Navy (USN) and Marine Corps who rely on this network around the world. Maintaining network performance and security is critically important for the more than 800,000 USN Sailors, Marines and civilians — truly a lifeline for business and mission support communications. The D&Z Federal Services Group partners with the Program Managers, Site Managers, Security Operation Center (SOC)/Network Operations Center (NOC) Managers, and Installation support managers to maintain the highest standards of necessary clearances, certifications and access criteria needed to deliver the industry’s most-qualified talent. Our cleared IT professionals work directly on-site supporting the USN and Marines both CONUS (42 different locations across 28 states) and OCONUS. Our embedded personnel work side-by-side teaming with our customers, directly supporting the DoD Reserve Centers and Special Operations and Intelligence Community (IC) Teams.
