  • Protection of Women & Children Fleeing Taliban Rule
    SOC provides protective services, specialized security services, and logistical support services for thousands of Afghan guests, including women and children, at Camp As Sayliyah in Doha, Qatar. Entrusted to protect the security of these transitioning families under the DOS Diplomatic Security Task Order, SOC’s diverse staff of female armed guards, unarmed guards, Administrative, Logistics and Operations Specialists, are guided by SOC’s core values: Safety, Diversity, Integrity, and Success; paired with a deep understanding of the brutal treatment Afghan women and children are fleeing.

  • Israel-Hamas Conflict: Supporting and protecting Women & Children
    As the leading security provider chosen by the DOS to safeguard American property and personnel in Israel and Palestinian Territories, SOC has been a critical partner to women in this volatile region, providing security and protection, and empowering them to advance in roles of conflict prevention, resolution, and stabilization. SOC’s female leadership is also critical to operations supporting multiple agencies on countless missions throughout the West Bank in support of women’s protection, rights, freedoms, empowerment, and contributions.

  • Empowering Diplomatic Security in Baghdad, Iraq
    As a leader in the Middle East, with nearly 20 years working in Iraq, SOC has proudly empowered female leaders in sensitive locations like Baghdad, while protecting diplomatic interests during extreme instability.  Their female leaders have been instrumental in navigating the unique challenges to create and sustain a safe and secure environment for diplomacy in Iraq.

  • Enabling the WPS Mission Through the Empowerment of Diverse Female Leadership within SOC
    SOC has focused on diversifying leadership at all levels within the company. SOC’s female leaders hold seats on the Advisory Board, Executive Leadership Team, Strategy & Innovation Office, High Threat/Overseas Operations, Human Resources, Business Development, and Marketing & Communications.
