ICoCA Transitional Membership

Chantilly, VA (May 1, 2015) – SOC LLC (SOC), a trusted global provider of integrated security and critical infrastructure solutions around the world, received confirmation of the Company’s International Code of Conduct for Private Security Service Providers Association (ICoCA) Transitional Membership. As an ICoCA Transitional Member, SOC is enabled with full participatory and voting rights in the ICoCA for the duration of its Membership.

“As the governance and oversight body for the International Code of Conduct Private Security Service Providers (“the Code”), the Board of Directors of the International Code of Conduct for Private Security Service Providers Association (ICoCA) has reviewed the application and supporting materials submitted by SOC and found them to be in full satisfaction of the Association Membership Requirements for Transitional Membership,” wrote Andrew Orsmond, Executive Director, ICoCA.

SOC’s Ethics and Compliance Team, led by General Counsel Mike Littlejohn, has worked to establish a culture of compliance backed by a number of ethics programs, training and policies in support of the Company’s values of Safety and Integrity. “This is an important step for SOC, because ICoCA’s Transitional Membership status recognizes our high standards of ethics and compliance, which are also demonstrated through our unwavering commitment to abide by and operate in accordance with the Code,” commented Mr. Littlejohn. SOC intends to seek Full Membership as soon as the ICoCA finalizes and establishes its full membership criteria for all Private Security Service Providers.
