This month, SOC congratulated the Mineral County High School Class of 2019 and revealed the SOC Mineral County High School (MCHS) Scholarship winner. SOC, committed to supporting continued education, has been a proud sponsor of the MCHS scholarship for nearly 15 consecutive years. As a longstanding partner in our community, SOC believes in giving back to invest in the talented young students of Mineral County.
